Ordering / Shipping
Can I order Samples?
Yes.Please call us at 1.888.908.6699 to order any sample you need.
When do you ship my order? How soon can I receive them?

We ship the sample orders the next day we receive the order. If we receive your order until 2 pm EST, we'll ship it the same day. You have FEDEX Ground, Next Day, or 2nd Day options when you order. However, there are certain items which are special order and have handling time of 2-3 days. When you place your order, your order will show an estimated time of arrival You can check your sample order shipping status at http://www.fedex.com/us/pckgenvlp/track/index.html

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You can pick up your order from our warehouse in NJ/NY area. You need to call our sales representative to schedule a pick-up time at your earliest convenience.
How much do I pay for freight?

The freight is calculated automatically for FedEx shipments and Common Carrier Residential and Commercial shipments. Usually we can find cheaper alternatives if the destination is in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts Florida. Please call us for orders larger than 100 Sqf and we help you get a better rate. Freight also depends on commercial and residential delivery. SHIPPING PROCESS: When your order is shipped we will call or e-mail you with a freight bill number and a customer service number for the freight company who would be carrying your tiles. With this information you call the freight company to make arrangements for the pickup or delivery. Shipping time is usually between 2-5 days from date of your order. The trucking company possibley that they will ask you to pick up the order from your local terminal. Our residential delivery is CURBSIDE only.

When do I receive my merchandise?
We usually ship within 24 hours for orders placed within weekdays. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the order will be prepared for the next business day. We will carefully select and prepare your order from the same sample batch ensuring ultimate color and vein harmony. After we ship your merchandise we will email you the tracking information if available.
What if my merchandise is damaged?
We work with FedEx and various common carrier companies to deliver your order. We carefully pack your material to protect it against any damage during the shipment. If your merchandise arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please take pictures of the broken freight as it arrived.

We encourage everyone shopping online to order as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of late delivery. Bad weather can cause delays and there is nothing either FEDEX or Marble 'n things can do about this. Use the information below to help determine your shipping needs. Here are a couple of important factors to consider when placing your order and calculating when it will arrive.

  1. Marble 'n things is located just outside of New York City in Jersey City, NJ and our zip code is 07304. Use the FEDEX Time-In-Transit Chart on this page or use our zip code on www.fedex.com to calculate your time-in-transit.

  2. In most cases, Your order ships same business day if you place it before 2pm EST (Friday after 2pm ships on Monday) with some exceptions defined below.

  3. FEDEX does not guarantee late delivery that is caused by bad weather.

  4. The day you place your order, weekends, holidays, and FEDEX non-delivery days do not count as time-in-transit days.

Shipping Methods

We use FEDEX most of the services they offer. We also offer USPS Priority Mail for addresses that FEDEX cannot deliver to such as post office boxes. You can select your shipping method when completing the online order form.

In-Transit Time & Shipping Policies

Orders normally ship next business day. For calculating delivery, in-transit time starts the day after your order is shipped and is based on business days (M-F)only.

APO & FPO Addresses

We gladly ships to APO and FPO addresses.

International Orders

We ship to most "Safe Countries" and we use FEDEX for most international orders. Except for Standard FEDEX to Canada, the shipping amount does not include taxes, duty, and brokerage. These additional costs vary by country and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable fees upon delivery.

Shipment Notification & Tracking Number

You will receive an email with tracking information the evening your order ships. From this email you can track the status of your order. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail will not receive a tracking number.
